what I do now is mga basic gym exercise lang plus cardio. bike battle rope ladder etc.
sa diet mejo hirap pa pero as much as possible IIFYM gnagawa ko kahit na di ko nasusukat ung knakain ko. haha bbili muna ako ng kitchen scale.
