  • Nagpalit nanaman ako program last week lang. Starting Strength. Yung may 5 sets jan sa baba tinry ko lang format ng SL pero masyadong matagl kaya SS na lang muna gawin ko. With warm up sets kasi yan every exercise kaya mejo matagal. Tas after each workout ginagawa ko ab workout ko, 3 days per week nlng sko nag woworkout ngayon. Ab workout ko is, 10 weighted crunch 10 hanging leg raise 20 ab roll wheel 20 side bend 50lbs (current)

  • Di ko na printscreen mga nakaraan workout nakakatamad haha
  • Share ko na lang sainyo gym attendance ko hahahaha. May absent ako jan na 2 or 3 workouts ata kasi pnahinga ko yung katawan ko nung na injured ako sa dips hehe.

    Paps, question lang sa squats posture mo. Comfortable ka sa position ng bar sa likod mo? I feel like it's too low already.
