    k, enjoy, btw, im using fitbit blaze right now, app is straightforward and can be sync to myfitnesspal, pero ive pre ordered a s3 gear frontier...the fitbit doesnt look nice pag naka formal attire..

    Bili ka na din. Elevated ang heels mo pag suot mo ang adipower so parang nakatungtong ka sa plate, nawala din ang lowerback pain ko while doing squats kaso nasa 110kg pa din x2 ang PR ko, medyo tumamlay dahil sa lowcarb diet, dont have the energy kahit may pre wo. I miss the rice.:((
    Sa Legpress din ay medyo bumaba din ang stat ko, from 310kg x10 ay 270 kg x 8 na lang,:(
