Thanks for the heads up sir. Anong klaseng lotion ilalagay if ever na magkaroon ako. May nakita ako sa gym may mga stretch marks sya eh sa mga parts na nasabi niyo putok na putok msukels nya haha. Ayoko ng stretch mark

hindi ko rin mashadong na-research yung tungkol sa lotion eh. ang alam ko basta may vitamin E. baka meron pang ibang mas maganda.
may nabasa pa ko na mag-bulk slowly to give time for the skin to stretch. how slow? i have no idea. maybe 2 to 4 pounds a month kasi ayun ang average limit ng katawan to gain muscle. anything more than that, there's a good probability it's water weight or fat, assuming the diet and exercise are on point. kapag mashadong mabilis, mahihirapan makasabay yung skin sa paglaki ng katawan. although marami din factors gaya ng age that can affect skin elasticity.
