But it is more commonly known for calling someone older than yourself, so that's the primary reason I asked which you could have answered in a different manner, possibly without sounding too offensive and avoid using unnecessary language. You look big at 66kg. I'm at 69kg pero ampayat ko tignan.
ako nga 82kg pero hindi naman ako mukang mataba. lol. noong july nasa 88kg ako. mabagal bumawas. mga 2months na ko low carb. hahaha. mga 10-15lbs lang nabawas.. target ko mga 170.

That's the spirit! I remember yung training coach ko dati may ganyan din pero he spent extra time with warm-ups particularly with using 1-2lbs dumbbells involving different movement of his elbows in higher repetitions and nawala ung sa kanya.

Actually my program is based on 3 sets 12 repetitions. I think my joints are fine, still plenty of juice left
the old man can only do 12-15 reps on 90lb dumbells incline presses...

Sir, nasa 69-70 Kg din po ako dati pero slowly nawawala ung belly fat ko and I do have a thin frame kaya magaan weight ko.
