    thats your genetics kuya, you store fat there at 12% sa spare tire, ako pag dating ng 15% wala na dyan sa love handles pero sa lower back at sa quads are my problem area..

  • I have'nt done IF, sir. 4 months ago my love handles were twice as big, ito tlg weakest part and yeah i believe its part genetics. I just concentrated in doing ab/oblique exercises 3x a week instead of once a week. Very slow improvement compared to other body parts.

  • For at least 2-3 weeks lang bro, I injured my lower back last week while Fishing. I thought it was slipped/herniated disc na, takot talaga ako. I did my heaviest squat and dead lift on a Friday, I was fine the following day (Sat) and all of a sudden while Fishing on Sunday (too much bending down and hyper extending my back) bigla nalng sumakit lower spine and back ko. It was very painful the following day and I was even supposed to get an MRI/CT Scan, however, it gradually got better and after 4 days it was fine.

    That's the reason why I was not able to lift for a week until yesterday, So I'm pretty much doing light exercises for the next few weeks. If it was a slight inflammation then it should be clear by then and I should take extra caution while lifting or bending to avoid re-inflammation.

  • Laki cguro nahuli mo kaya ka nghyperextending. Hilig ko din magfishing kaso mga accesories pa lang ang nabibili ko. May suggestion ka ba na magandang quality ng fishing rod, yung pangdagat at pang malaking isda like grouper or tuna?

  • Angas ng pic sir nice hehe. Okay lang yan sir, pahinga lang at makakabalik karin sa beast mode, mas stronger and better :)

    Buo araw ako nag hhyperextending nun. Sir, I'm into serious fishing especially during summer. Grouper or Tuna, I would say 24-37 Kg setup, dead weight naman ang grouper as long as heavy ang line and leader mo ok na pero for Tuna around 24-37 Kg rod setup, we're talking about yellow fin hindi blue fin.

    I'm a Shimano person so lahat ng gear ko halos Shimano. Pero pag mga big game ok din ang PENN. I do surfcasting during this period and during warmer months, I'm usually in the ocean with my boat and do plenty of sea fishing. What accessories do you have?

    Salamat sir, hassle talaga mga injury pero kelangan dn ng rest if you're thinking of long term. ;)

    Mga Ibat ibang fishing tackle, metal jigs pa lang. Hindi pa ko bumibili ng fishing rod at reels ,iniisip ko pa kung ano pwede mahuling isda pag nagbakasyon sa probinsya.

  • I now live in NZ, so I mainly fish around here pero if you want to fish in the PH you can check out Siargao for Marlins and Sailfish' or Pundaquit Zambales for smaller variety. :)

    Oo maganda nga dyan sa may surigao ,taga southern leyte ako kaya malapit lang sa amin, they consider the strait between surigao and leyte as philippines deep.
    Nasa land ka pala ng mga hobbit, heheheh.
    Yung utol ko next year ay dyan na din titira , nakakuha na ng resident visa with his family, from sg to nz. :)
