You dont need any supplementation if you can cook, the only essentials you need is creatine and a good multivitamins, I bought some whey this morning though, tomorrow is school day again and have to do daddy duties, so no time to cook in the mornings,

ON Optimen (90 cap) - 900 (dating 850)
ON Optimen (150cap) - 1350
ON Micronized Creatine (57 servings) - 650
ON Whey (5lbs) - 2900 NA!
ON Melatonin (100tab) - 450 (nung february 400 lang)
Andaming bagong dating na stocks at yang mga prices na yan ay average ng napagtanungan ko from Anselka's, Tia Loleng's, Tiggy's, Shopper's, and Golden Corner.
Promatrix7 at Mutant products mga 50-100pesos ang itinaas not sure sa ibang stores.
Personally I would be concerned with the protein content of PM7, if bigger companies (Musclepharm, Muscletech, etc) spike their protein and gets a lawsuit for this, I would not be surprised if this local company does it as well. I'm not saying that they're into amino spiking but I personally believe that by paying a bit more towards a good reputable brand then you're sure that you're getting the proper protein content.
I recommend you not to go on weekends sa PX Stores as they are jampacked with customers. But if you go there with the items in mind, then you're good. Anghirap lang mag commute pag hapon dayum!
Other than ON and Mutant meron ding BSN Syntha6/TrueMass, Venum, Muscletech, Elitelabs choco, Myoblend. Nakakatempt yung 10lbs combat protein ng MP, i think nasa 4k lang yun IIRC (take this with a grain of salt)
