Need po suggestions sa macro intake q..
Suggest naman po kau ng mga daily meals..
Hirap kasing malaman qng nakakailang grams na ako ng protein, carbs at fats eh..

Invest in a good digital food scale and some tupperware, cook your own food a night before, pack in tupperware, put it in the fridge, re heat when needed....
About the macros, know your bmr, factor in your activity level

Add around 200-300cal only a day if bulking
Cutting, around 500-750cal only, dont cut calories add a deficit thru output
