    Hi @Ecstasy , nakakarelate din ako sa pgba budget mo kase tight din kase bulsa ko lalo na't may anak na. hahaha cguro, you can cut down vitamilk na kase may serious mass kana na eh.. instead, you need to add fat in you macros kase di lang carbs at protein eh. dapat may fats ka rin like MCT or Virgin Coconut oil/Olive oil or any good fat that consist of omega 3/6. You can also buy some ground beef, eggs, and pasta from the grocery other than bumili ka. Mas maganda rin e brought up yan rito sa forums natin yung gaya ng "worlds class mass in $50.00/day.

    Hmm yung maggiging food choices ko sa budget na yan siguro papalitan ko yung serious mass at vitamik ng chicken breast. 1Kilo na chicken kung di ako nagkakamali is P150 tapos meron na yan 20-25grams of protein per 100grams (1kg=1000g) then yung sa FAT yung VCO P400/liter.

    Sweet Potato ok din i add then yung can foods wag madalas kung pwede lang.

    ako bro simple lang, 1kg of breast or thigh fillet per day. solve na protein needs ko dyan sa halagang P215/kilo. Sa carbs simple lang din, white rice 3-4 cups per day at binabaon ko yan. Yung ulam sa bahay kakainin ko din kasi madalas madaming gulay pinapaluto ko sa maid. Hindi na din ako hindi nagsupplements, gastos lang yan. Extra joss or cobra pwede na depende kung gusto ko may sugar or wala.

    Tagal ko na ginagawa yan. Habang tumatagal lalo nagiging simple. Wag ka masyado magpapaniwala sa mga recommended diets na andaming palamuti (brown rice, peanut butter, olive oil, at kung ano anong kaartehan sa ibang bansa) pinoy foods is all you need.
