  • Weight loss is one hot topic for them who are facing this problem. There is no secret about to loss weight. It is up to you and your diet plan which is reason to your weight. Many people are not conscious about their diet plan and that's they are facing such kind of problem.

    I have a AUNT.... she really have totally a weight loss,.. without CARBS..

    she only eats CAMOTE until now... Breakfast,LUNCH & Dinner... Effective naman.... kitang-kita ko sa katawan nya...

    yung indian na nakakasabay ko dati sa pinag gyman ko ganyan lagi suot, singaw ng katawan plus acquired sweat ng suit = overkill oTL

    They are both carbs so the calorie content per gram is still the same.

    1 gram of carb is equals to 4cals.

    Your aunt is in a calorie deficit that's why she lost weight. Not because of camote alone. You can eat WHATEVER you want so long as you're in a deficit you will still lose weight.

    I'm pretty sure mas mataas ang carbs ng rice per 100 gram keysa camote. Ang camote eh nsa 21gr carb lang ata per 100gr. Nung si-nerch ko sa google.Am not arguing the deficit thing just to be clear. Pero pag nag rice ka eh napapasarap talaga kain. Me kakelala ako nag diet tumigil sya mag rice kasi nakakataba daw bread at pasta na lang daw haha halos mamatay ako sa tawa pero kala-in moy pumayat din naman. Di pala nya kasi trip pasta at bread kaya yun napapaunti kain.

    rare times lang pero most of the time kamote lang...
  • Do you think it's possible to lose fat without losing weight? feeling ko kasi I'm loosing fat.. kasi titignan ko sarili ko sa salamin parang nagiging lean ako... hindi nako bumababa sa 152lbs eh... 5'5 1/2 height ko..

    Personally I think that there is no quick and fast solution to overweight. You gain weight gradually so you have to lose it gradually. All the fat burning drugs out there are just a short term drama and they have no effect in long run. Best choice is to be regular with exercise and eat less oily and fat foods. Burn more calories than you eat daily, this is the simple idea and surely you will lose weight gradually.
