    Just as I thought, you look familiar kase since I train at eclipse din, :)
    kanina nag GWO kami ni Jettie sa eclipse eh, nakita ka namin nung pauwi na kami. we were hesitant to greet you since kausap mo si ate coach nung paalis na kami.

    I found that lifting weights was the most effective fitness regimen for me. I used to be one of those girls who thought lifting weights will make me more bulky. Well, I proved myself wrong.

    I am currently working on my nutrition right now since I have no problems working out. I train 4-5x a week.

    Damn! ngayon ko lang nakita ung update ng June progress! panalo. mas defined na ung arms pa V nadin ung korte ng torso!  :blush: BTW, parang familiar ka ma'am des, di ko lang maalala kung sa UST or sa Client namin sa office. haha anyways goodjob stay HANGRY!! lol
