Important: Keep in mind that insulin negates the effects of yohimbine on alpha 2-receptor inhibition. Always take it in the fasted state and never between meals. Considering the half-life of yohimbine is very short (30 min), you can also experiment with more frequent dosing during the fast. For example, three dosages taken every second hour until your first meal. In that case I would probably not recommend starting with 0.2 mg/kg, since there will be a gradual buildup of the active compound. 0.15 mg/kg is a better starting point for multiple dosages in a relatively short time frame (every second hour).

Yeah I bought a tub of BCAAs with caffeine instead (same day that I asked this question lol), at iniinom ko lang siya kung maaga ako magbubuhat so I don't get jittery at night.

di ka naman nagpa palpitate? check mo kung ilang mg ng caffeine meron yun. then check mo if the amount is for Americans or Asians. if Americans, you usually have to take half the recommended dose. sorry nakalimutan ko na talaga yung computation for it pero meron kasi nun. just on the safe side, take half the dose. just a precaution good luck sir

I'm using Beta Alanine from BB.com. benefit nyan nakaktulong sa endurance especially sa high rep range sets. baka maka extra rep or two ka pa. but hindi guaranteed yun kasi choice mo yun if ilan gagawin mong reps. For me beneficial sya especially sa style ko na very high volume. I'm willing to spend for supps to get those extra reps. It's not for strength, it's not for building muscle and it wont make you beastmode once you use it. dont be fooled by the labels and ads. Kahit mura sya sayang pa din pera mo if you think it's a game changer. It's not. Better use a much cheaper and accessible na alternative like TAURINE. They pretty much act the same sa katawan natin. 1000mg ng taurine meron extra joss. 6pesos lang

I started taking creatine and beta alanine two weeks ago. So far so good - wala namang diarrhea or anything. The paresthesia with beta alanine was really freaky, good thing I've read about it before. I've read that it's supposed to diminish eventually, pero nararamdaman ko pa rin hanggang ngayon (dahil na rin siguro I take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning). In two weeks, I was able to break several plateaus, but I'm careful not to attribute everything with these supplements. Ang napansin ko lang, wala akong weight gain na naranasan dahil sa creatine. Maybe I'm one of two few non-responders. Or should I do a loading phase? Since day 1 kasi 1:1 lang proportion ko ng creatine (Universal) at beta alanine (ON), gamit yung parehong scoop ng beta alanine dahil walang scoop yung creatine, so assuming they weigh the same, I'm consuming roughly 2.7g of creatine a day. BTW, yung 1 scoop ng beta alanine has only 1.6g of actual beta alanine dahil may dagdag pang ibang ingredients.

7 AM: 12 mg yohimbine.
