Actually, in performing exercises for large muscle groups like chest exercises, you're already using your small muscle groups like biceps and triceps depending on the nature of the exercise (push/pull). Walang purpose puro chest lang, cause after every exercise you do, the muscles get weaker in succeeding exercises. It's best to combine large muscle groups with small muscle groups.
