    nako never ko pa natry ihalo sa mainit na kape ang crea. Lahat ng supps na tinitimpla either cold or room temperature na liquid ko lang hinahalo. I'm not sure if makakaepekto sa effectiveness or absorption ng supplement yung mainit na tubig pero sa experience ko lahat halos sa cold water ang mixing instruction. Kahit sa mga capsules like fat burners, meron ibang brands na nakalagay mismo sa label na "dont take this with hot liquid". Ewan kung bakit ganun pero feeling ko kasi sa bibig pa lang malulusaw na yung capsule bago pa umabot sa stomach which might affect the full absorption.

    Eto pa, subukan mo lagyan ng mainit na tubig yung tub ng Dymatize creatine, tamo malulusaw yan. Dati kasi ginawang lalagyanan ng kape yun sa bahay tapos para masaid ko yung tira sa ilalim, binihusan ko ng hot water. Ayun nalusaw yung tub ng dymatize. Kaya siguro bawal mainitan yung mga supps/meds :)

    i used to take creatine, and mix it with juice after gym. reason daw was the body may be more efficient in absorption with mix carbs )

    Question mga brothers.

    Sumakit likod ko kahapon. I have a slipped disc and every now and then sumasakit talaga pag nagkakamali ng pagkakaupo or pagkakatayo. So rest muna ako this week sa gym and maybe next week din.

    Question is, should I stop taking creatine or tuloy tuloy lang? Baka kase mawala yung strength na na-build ko. Pero baka may negative effect pag tuloy tuloy lang ang take pero wala buhat.

    I did some research and sabi ng iba eh creatine takes a while to take effect, so if I go off it now on my rest week, baka next week ko maramdaman yung negative effects kung kelan ako mag-g-gym.

    Advice please?

    Stop mo na yung crea kung 2 weeks ka hindi magbubuhat. Mas kelangan mo yan pagbalik mo kesa habang nagpapahinga ka. Hard to tell if there will be any positive effects of taking creatine and not working out. Creatine works better when you're training. Forget loading, it doesn't work like that. Kung ang plan mo is to continue taking creatine for 2 weeks para by the time na bumalik ka gym e pasok na sa katawan mo yung crea, IMO mas ok kung pag balik mo na sya continue :)

    Stop mo na yung crea kung 2 weeks ka hindi magbubuhat. Mas kelangan mo yan pagbalik mo kesa habang nagpapahinga ka. Hard to tell if there will be any positive effects of taking creatine and not working out. Creatine works better when you're training. Forget loading, it doesn't work like that. Kung ang plan mo is to continue taking creatine for 2 weeks para by the time na bumalik ka gym e pasok na sa katawan mo yung crea, IMO mas ok kung pag balik mo na sya continue :)

    Thanks. From the looks of it, mukhang aabutin ng one month bago ako makabalik ng gym. I can't even stand straight sa sakit, although nakakalakad naman ako pero yun nga tabingi katawan ko.

    Nangyari na to before and I rested for about a month ata. Tsk. Hirap ma-sideline ng injury. Malamang pagbalik ko eh balik sa light weights muna.

    Pakonswelo ko na lang siguro kung mag-lose ako ng weight dahil sa pagtigil ng crea. Hehe.

    Just bought ON Creatine. Maiba naman kase the last time I used Creatine, which was like 3 months ago, hindi ako nakakaramdam ng effects. Dymatize yun. Tingnan ko kung iba ang ON or baka wala talaga effects sakin ang Creatine.

    take a creatin monohydrate oder creapure...... designer kreatins like kre-alkalyn etc didnt worked in my experience.

    Not sure bout this but you can ask them.. May post na pic si core nutrition dati na tinanong ung exp. date nung whey protein. Nasagot naman nila. In the end, satisfied naman yung buyer, :)

    Bumili ako ngayon ng on 2500 creatine capsule. Ang balak ko 2 capsule pre which us 2.5g and 2 capsule post para 5g. After ilang research nabasa ko na no need na mag loading and cycling. And iinom lng ako pag workout. Tama po ba?

    Magkaiba sa brand pero actually u can find BCAA'S in whey protein. I prefer to choose whey instead.

    Hi @earl1423 , Yes for creatine you need to do a loading phase, 1 month saturation will do (taking 5g daily) then go on every workout intake...but if you want to go on cycling, just take a week off after a loading phase. Hope it helps^^

Some studies omit the loading phase, and just go straight to 3 to 5 grams per day. Those who follow a loading protocol of 20 grams per day maximize their creatine concentration within two to three days.

    But 20 grams is a lot more than your body can absorb in a day, let alone for five straight days. A study I cited earlier shows that you lose about 8 grams on the first day. That goes up to 12 grams on the third day — more than half of your daily intake in the loading phase.

    People who forego the loading phase reach maximal concentration within about four weeks, at considerably less cost. In the long term, there's no difference in benefits, and thus no need to load.
