Just moved to Philippines

hello everybody

I've just moved to Gensan recently. I'm originaly from Switzerland.

I signed up here to exchange experiences about bodybuilding. I've started with my training about 16 years ago and beside BB, I also do boxing.

I'm still learning Visayas and Tagalog. It's hard to learn a new language :)

    Hi sir welcome to PBB to assist you with our masters here you may or you should create your own journal post about something you learn in 16yrs of bb and we will also share about our experience also you can post your pictures there from the day you start lifting and to the present it depends on how you will make you journal thanks!

    Salamat po.

    I haven't competed in boxing, yet. But I did compete in Muay Thai, Grappling and MMA before, not always succesful :)
