Well strict diet talaga pinaka mahalaga para mailabas ang abs. technically lahat naman tayo may abs, may layer lang ng fat na tinatago ung abs. so para mailabs ito, kailangan iburn ung fat through cardio and diet. At cyempre para developed rin ung abs, dapat winoworkout ito. ako every other day nag aab workouts. tapos always intense and high reps (15-20) at always focus on the contraction.

Can you elaborate this statement? (I hope you're not with the norm's misappehension.)

To burn the fat kailangan idecrease ang intake ng calories (mostly calories from fat and carbs), at to further help with burning calories, makaka tulong rin ang cardio, pref HIIT. Ang purpose nito ay para mas malaki na bburn na calories ng katawan kesa sa na coconsume, In other words, caloric deficit.
Basically un lang un, cardio and diet.

Kindly share your insights :)

Wala namang malabo eh. Ang kaso baka ma-misinterpret ng mga baguhan yung "burn ung fat through cardio and diet". There are alot of ways to increase the calories burned. One could also take the other way around. Increasing workout intensity while taking maintenance/staying around at certain point of calories consumed-per--certain duration of time-. It's just a matter of cals in = cals out formula.

yeah cals in and cals out, basically un nga lang un. Sabi nga nila, Abs are made in the kitchen :)) Kaso cyempre, doing both would be better. Mas matimbang lang ang diet when it comes to fat loss

Again, for the sake of those new to this sport, not always the case.

uu haha catabolism na tawag dun. personally, 45mins(at most) ng intense cardio ang the best. kaso cyempre depende sa tao un, what works for me may not work for others. I think pag ectomorph, hindi na kailangan ng cardio (i add ko lang para sa mga ectomorph).

Tanong ko lang bro on what do you mean na depende kung saang punto? So there would be times na mas beneficial one or the other lang gagawin mo and not both? Based on my experience, pag nag papa cuts ako, doing both is optimal from start to end of my cut.

8. Avoid Excessive Amounts Of Cardio (Or Just Don’t Do ANY At All)

Kaso this is based on my experience. Iba iba naman kasi tayo eh. What works for me, baka d effective sa iba. Just plain calorie restriction ("diet") not enough para sakin.

Amount of BF%, and from what phase, at kung gaano ka na katagal sa phase na 'yun...
