    oo paps kahit sa kicks pansin yung improvement nung hindi pa ko nag 5x5 dati halos wala pinagbago power sa striking ko pero ngayon... boom! haha natanong nga ako sa pinagttrainingan ko ng muay kung nagwwrestle daw ako or jui-jitsu lakas daw kasi grip ko lalo sa clinches.

    nagdedesign ako ngayon ng program ko paps yun next focus ko explosiveness plano ko mag add din ng explosive pushups.

    are you planning to compete for boxing in the future?share ko lang: inisip ko din kasi magcompete sa muay and did WL and muay like your planned schedule before pansin ko hirap magbulk mas mabilis magdrop yung weight kaysa magdagdag kahit lamon ng lamon. now i'm more focused sa WL so now i'm doing 5x5 3x/week and muay session 5 hrs 1x/week ayun ok naman bulking ko. sabi nga ng mga masters natin dito "you can't serve two masters at one time." :sport:

    sige. i'll see first how it works out for me. probably gonna do 3x/week weightlifting tapos 2x/week box. ayoko kasi isang araw lang magbox tapos tatagalan ko nalang yung training, parang sayang yung binayad ko sa gym. haha. namumulubi pa naman ako ngayon :))))

    idea ko kasi is tuwing cardio day, dagdag 500-600 pa na calorie surplus sa usual na intake ko during weightlifting day.

    comments on the split that i'm currently on? is it placed-out well? I still lift heavy for the majority of the compound lifts, and i still do all of the lifts included in Bill Starr's 5x5. Nakikita ko na rin pagbabago sa katawan ko, mostly sa arms and legs(hoping for chest and back to follow. lol).. finally getting some mass considering i started at 120-ish lbs. hopefully i could get to 170-175 in the next 2-3 or so months,

    Do DL first on back day. If you can separate your leg training day.

    bp - 95lbs
    dl - 120lbs
    squat - 135lbs
    mp - 60lbs

    are these normal stats for a 150lbs-er newbie or am I lagging behind?

    bakit pala dapat una deadlift during back day? medyo kulang sa time eh kaya sinasabay ko legs sa shoulders, same reason kung bakit nag-susupersets ako during that day. binabawi ko nalang by doing heavy(for me) squats. hehe

    How long have you been training? What's your progression every training day?

    DL is the most important and for me most difficult back exercise that's why dapat unahin mo.

    4months. when I started I was super thin and bp-ing a measly 50lbs. haha. I try to go up by 5lbs in my lifts every week, though not every week nagagawa ko siya, sometimes it takes me 2-3 weeks to progress on a certain lift, lalo na sa mp.

    did shoulders / legs today. added seated calf raises to my regular leg workout routine, ngayon ko lang napansin yung equipment na pang seated calf raise sa gym na pinupuntahan ko. lol. also did not do front db raises today, just felt like i'm focusing too much on my front delts.

    IMO, HIIT are very good exercises for cutting..

    Hi guys, old memeber na ngayon lang ulit nagbalik dito (pati sa pag ggym! :D). anyway, quick question lang mga sir, after 6-7months na di ako nagbuhat, steady lang weight ko pero i gained considerable amounts of fats sa may waist area. Ngayon medyo may time na ulit ako mag-gym, should i bulk or cut? skinny-fat yata body composition ko, lean everywhere except sa waist area(at mukha. lol), Thanks in advance mga sir! :D
