    Been slacking off for the past 2 months, and so this would be my last training day before jumping into having a real training program.

    Here's my last warmup set of deadlift with 264lbs. Came unprepared, without my earcandy, belt, strap or chalk. Nevertheless, thought it was a pretty smooth lift.

    Work set of 308lbs was kind of the bar speed. :yahoo:
