Newbie !!!

Hello mga bro, baguhan lang sa bodybuilding .. tanong ko lang kung ano ang mas effective sa bodybuilding,.. super heavy weights na kaya ko lang ay 3 to 5 reps or mid weights na kaya ko hanggang 8 to 10 reps ?
100 lbs bench press - 3 to 5 reps with spotter.
80 lbs bench press - 8 to 10 reps without spotter.
