Hi,
Just found out this forum and just registered. I haven't read the rules and regulations here yet so I don't know if I can speak tagalog. (I'll read the rules later)
I hope I can learn more here cause I have very few knowledge about body building. I am willing to participate to this forum, though I'm sure I can't answer if someone ask me anything about bodybuilding.

Obviously, tagalog is allowed here. After all this is a "pinoy" bodybuilding.
