back in the gym

Kakabalik ko lang maggym mga sir. I stopped for no valid reason(computer game addiction) huhu. Sabihin na nating malapit sa back to zero yung gains ko. So gusto kong mabalik yung muscle asap, would a calorie surplus higher than 500 benefit me? At tyaka makakatulong ba magbuhat more than 4x/wk to maximize "muscle memory" or overkill lang? Opinions are appreciated but hoping for a credible reply. Thank you!

    Sir ako rin kakabalik lang last week. Sa buhat, sa 1st wk tanchahin mo muna and alalahanin ulit yung correct form. The next week all out ulit. Sa diet ok na yung 500 surplus para di ka mabigla.

    sabi nila sa buhay, pag nawawala tayo sa tamang landas o naliligaw tayo, balikan lang naten yung simula. Back to basic ulit bro para sa panibagong simula :)
