Hi guys. Ex fattie here. Proud to be one of the features ng Mens Health Pinas, got a watch from them pa XD

currently preparing for a military run sa Cavite. hoping to see some fellow bodybuilders sa event kasi most of the guys who join these kinds of events are either military guys or runners.

will post moar next time kasi preraring ako bumiyahe.
