Ok lang ba gamitin ang promatrix 7 for fat loss ?

Nakakatulong ba for fat loss ang pag inom ng promatrix 7 before bed time ?

    sa fat loss naman, sa kinakain mo un dedepende. kaya eat wisely hehehe isa sa pede mo gawen eh kumain ng maraming ma protinang pag kain tapos lessen mo na lang ung fat intake mo.

    basa basa ka lang sa mga thread dito tyak mas madami ka matutunan sa base sa personal experience nga ibang forumer dito :)

    max 1 lb per week ayos na yun. So nalabas 3-4 lbs per month ( 4 weeks ) or kahit mabagal as long as nagiiba na itsura mo through mirror and/or measurements.

    Re: your cardio @MWF split in two 15 sessions. Why don't you just do it outside, jog @60-75% of your HR max for 30-40 minutes. I doubt you're really sprinting at 90-100% effort on a treadmill.

    You're on the right track no need for solid cardio yet, your nutrition plan is going well for you

    Mine is a suggestion, take it with a grain of salt. Bullet points are outdoor activity vs indoor, LSD vs HIIT.

    mahirap makapag jog sa labas , because of my work sir, pero tnx sa suggestion pag may time e t-try ko yan.. hehehe...

    mas gusto ko un HIIT , parang di booring eh.. kasi may pa compute2x sa time while jogging, time check pa, at dapat timing, hahaha...

    sa March 23-31,2014 medyo madami ako nakain kasi bago graduate lang ako BSCS hehehe... madami kainan kain dito kain doon dahil may kainan sa amin, may kainan din sa mga friends ko na nag graduate din, hehehe...
