What should i do first? Cutting or Bulking up?

Hi I'm Planning to start lifting some weights and get my body toned. Pero medyo Newbie pa ako eh. Any advice mga dre?? Shoul i focus on bulking up or cutting phase na kagad?

I attached my current body photo para makapag suggest po kayo.. any advice will be appreciated :) thanks in advance.

    welcome brah! wag ka na malito, mag-gym ka lang and train hard everytime nasa gym ka. pay attention to EVERY bodypart.

    actually kasi 1month na akong bumabalik sa gym, pero hindi ko sure kung tama yung ginawa ko. tinigil ko kasi yung cardio ko medyo lumalaki ulit tuloy ako haha

    ganito, gumawa ka ng JOURNAL. lagay mo dun yung training, diet, supplements (if any), a little background about you at goals. Para bumaha ng advice at tips para sayo :)

    Parehong pareho tayo ng katawan nun nag start ako.

    I cut down from 180 to 165 bago ako nag gym. Tapos balik 180 dahil bulking phase ako.

    IMO, ok lang mag bulk ka na pero depende sayo. Para sa akin kasi mas ok tignan pag may maskels kahit medyo skinny fat.
