It's Chest and Triceps today. Added new routines to my usual blend and started with 10 kgs. since I went on pause for the holidays. Kind of painful because I haven't done it for quite some time but it's pain-worthy. Nothing beats REST DAY! Tapos na akong mag-ocular doon sa Muscle Pharm Gym and Fit Life Fitness. Compared sa dalawa, I'd go for Fit Life Fitness - Ang daming gamit, kahit locally manufactured lang ang machines, sobrang daming pagpipilian and marami ka talagang magagawa. Mura pa! Hehehe! Bahala na... sa March ko na ulit iko-consider 'yan!
Tomorrow, I'll be back at work. Meeting at 5:00 AM (Hopefully, my colleagues are there to take over while I'm in a meeting). After meeting, here goes e-mail galore, business updates, mid-year performance reviews, business and action plans for last 2 quarters of FY 2013 - overload! Hopefully, matapos lahat ng maaga so I can sit back, relax and log-in to PBB! :-)

Chest press is originally part of the program. I was so hyped earlier and unfortunately, I forgot to do it. My mind and my body is still trying to memorize the routine. I only have 30 seconds rest in between sets and it was too late when I checked my sheet.
Will make up for it on the next Chest and Triceps Day! :-)

Not really, nagkataon lang na sila 'yung nearest na nahanap kong supplier. I know mas maraming murang sources pero at that time, hindi ko pa alam ang lugar na Cartimar at Cash and Carry - until PBB.com came into my life.
