Sinuggest niya na magminus 500 and I did, actually hindi kasi ginawa kong minus 700. Haha. I checked my weight now 166lbs na ako. Bumigat pa ako and based sa pictures na kinukuha ko every month lumaki pa ako and I look leaner. Magpopost nalang ako ng progress pic sa end of bulk ko. Hehe.
Salamat din kay sir milks and sir dalts dahil na-utilize ko ng mas maayos yung shoulders ko when doing military press.

@stannis. Same compy sana nung kay doyoueven kaso nga lang dahil sa set backs eh humina ng onti at napatagal yung progress. Ready talaga ako sumali nun kasi i was expecting na malapit na sa 400 and dl ko and magt350 ang sq tapos bp almost 200. Eh ngayon nga di ko maibalik numbers ko sa bp dahil sa recent injury ng RC ko.
Kaya ayun, back to training muna. Wala akong balak sumali kung for the sake of sali lang. Gusto ko yung may laban ako or better yet gusto ko manalo. Haha.
If you can get close to 1K total at the novice division you're definitely a medal contender.
My latest addition. I began taking it 5g post workout. Kumikinang ba talaga yung powder nito? Kakaiba pala talaga pag may shaker kang gamit. Ang frothy ng texture ng whey ko kanina para bang istarvacks.

same here, lage kutsara recta ako, ever since. pero wala naman lasa tong dymatize, kesa sa una kong natry na UN sobrang pakla taena, parang BCAA na walang flavor.

@zoomx Eat, sleep, train, repeat. Consistency lang sa lahat ng ginagawa natin. I used to train 3 times per week for 1-1 1/2 hour. Ngayon I train 5 times a week 45 mins- 1 hour.
Since may dumaan narin dito magupdate narin ako. No legs training for 3 weeks na. Back pain is still there, knee pain is gone pero nagiwan ng bruise. Creatine is working very well for me. Stats are going up and I'm getting bigger. That's all for now.

Reasons why I'm cutting
1. To bring down my metabolism (hirap na kumain ng marami at masakit rin sa bulsa)
2. I can see better what I'm lacking if I am leaner
3. To decrease body fat for better bulk next time
4. I miss being lean and I miss my abs. Hehe
Though I am still not contented with my size, I'm going to cut nonetheless because of these reasons. More years to come.

I'm ending my cut this week. Starting next week transition na ako for my 3rd bulk cycle. Namimiss ko nang lumamon araw araw. Haha.
Here's what happened during my cut:
1. I used IIFYM (observed my macro, micro, and fiber requirements while eating whatever I like)
2. High carb diet
3. No meal timing or frequency was observed. Ate whenever I wanted.
4. No cardio (jogging, running, etc)
5. Kept workouts heavy
6. Strength continued to go up until my last week of cut. No strength loss.
7. Lowest body weight was 148lbs
8. Lowest bfat% was 7% (I'm sure mas mababa pa dahil post holiday season ko na nakuha ito)
1st-3rd pictures was taken a while ago.
4th-8th pictures are my cutting progress pics (upper left was my starting point, while the the lower right was taken a while ago)
9th pictures were taken while I was at my lowest weight (148lbs)
10th and 11th pictures are comparisons from my last cut result and my current
