Hi guys,pa help naman first time ko palang mag supplements eh yung budget ko is 2k to 2.5k ano ang cheap but good supplements,i heard pm7 is cheap but it contains melamine ba yun? And that's bad for your kidney? Any advice guys? Thanks...
