Bago lang po

Hello bago lang ako dito
Desperado na kasi talaga ako bumigat
24 nako at 5'10 ako pero 50kg lang ako,madalas mababa pa
At hindi ko na alam gagawi para bumigat,
Matakaw naman pero wala talaga,nasasayang lang pera sa extra rice di namna natalab,
Ano kaya maiirecommend nyo para sakin
Salamat,
Nagbubuhat din pala ako pero sa bahay lang, may nagtuturo na kasama

    Baka active ka pre? Kain pa more kung kulang pa. :)

    Dumating ako sa point dati na kain ako ng kain na kahit busog pa ako, kakain ako basta pwede kumain.

    Di naman ako active eh, nakaupo lang sa opis maghapon,sa gabi magbubuhat magpalapawis
  • Hindi ko pa natatry mag uminom ng protein shake kasi magastos,nagtatry lang ako damihan pa kain ko, lalo sa kanin, pero di ko nararamdaman ang resulta,nauubos lang pera
  • ang tangkad mo kuya eh, kaya kailangan ata triplehin kain mo.
  • Subukan ko daw mag mass gainer supplement,
    Ano po ba masasuggest nyo
    On serious, promatrix mass o ung mutant mass?
    Ung pasok lang sa budget,
    Gusto ko lang talaga magkalaman,

    depende kasi yan sa personal preference mo boss. but ON talaga ako basta mass gainer. but still marerecommend ko pa rin is eat food more, more, more

    That's like the worst diet.

    Basically your source of protein in there is just chicken and milk. Then you have 1 nasty source of fat, the rest are just carbs.

    You have to increase your protein. Get multiple good sources of fat. And good amount of carbs. Then train.

    We are not even sure if your weight is mostly fat or mostly muscle.

  • Force eating and binge eating is useless. Kung bloated ka sayang lang pera mo, lahat ng nutrients, itatae mo lang.

    Ang pagkakaalam ko konti lang fats ko, pag pinisil balat ko manilis lang,then ung muscle na,

    Eto sir, i dont think na may fats ako sa katawan ko
    Mapa healthy diet o ung mejo matatabang pagkain, parang may black hole ung tyan ko pero laging gutom
