    help please, to continue cutting or to start bulking. I posted in bb forum and some said that I am skinny fat and i should think to put some mass tho some said that i should continue my cutting.

    Start eating more, you will feel more energetic and revived. Then, as you gain weight lift more, lift heavier. That's all you need to do if you want to get cuts. Yung mga ginagawa kasi ng madaming newbie ngayon e suntok sa buwan kaya please habang maaga itigil mo na yung suicide cutting mo. Yung mga physique na rock hard hindi yun nakuha sa low bodyfat, kung pagaaralan mo yung itsura nila bato bato diba? meaning malalaki yung muscles at hiwa-hiwalay sa bawat muscle group kaya "cut" tignan. Bonus nalang yung low body fat.

    Alam ko yung ganyang feeling kasi galing din ako sa skinny fat dati pero sinasabi ko sayo mas mafufrustrate ka lang. pag nagbulk ka babalik lang din ulit lahat ng taba pag nagsuicide cut ka. At wag m isipin na basta ganun na lang ang lean bulk na yan, ang dami magaling magcompute pero hangang compute na lang at plano, results is all that matters. ikaw bahala. goodluck :sport:

    ^tamang pag cut kung may icucut ka ng muscle and onting fat.. kung alam mong lamang na lamang na yung Muscle vs fat at over time may puhunan ka na, dun na ang tamang cut or dahang dahang pag bawas ng taba sa katawan habang pinepreserve ang muscle na inipon during bulk.

    ah, hindi pla adviseable mag cut ang mga newbie na galing sa chubby like me na sobrang baba ng muscle vs fat. Problema kasi sir kapag nag bulk ka na maraming kang body fat(let say 15% above), ang tendency ay mas magsstore ka ng fat compare sa taong mababa ang body fat. btw, i am asking sir vinch on how to cut not when to cut. anyway thanks sir!

    I know what you feel brah skinny fat din ako noon and to share my experience ( take note mag 2 years pa lang ako na nagbubuhat ), first 3 mos nangigigil ako pumyat to the point na isang itlog at ampalaya / brocolli lang dieta ko. Pumayat nga buraot naman itsura ko, parang niresize lang sa photoshop at andun pa rin yung tyan ko..

    After joing the former mods and memebers noon sa isang GWO, sinabihan ako "pare, kumain ka , maawa ka sa katawan mo, kakadyeta mo wala ka na puhunan at aabot ka sa point na kakacut mo wala na matira" after that nag bulk / recomp na ko. Then yung results okay naman.

    15 % body fat mababa na yan sa totoo lang, pero depende kung may muscle na ba yang 15% body fat mo? Pwedeng 15% body fat ka pero non existing yung muscle mass, got the idea? So meaning iba yung may muscle mass na 15 % BF at 15% bf na non lifting phagot.

    Kung magkakamali ka sa bulking ( either sobra sobra ang paglamon mo at hilaw ang training mo ) yeah yan ang kababagsakan mo. Sa mga nagstart, may tinatawag na newbie gainz ( and still inaabuso ko pa rin yun hehe kain lang ng kain then I lift heavy ass weights ) meaning kahit kumain ka ng kumain as long as you push yourself hard on your training routine, rest enough you'll gain lean muscle without adding some fat or kung meron man kaunti lang. On the other hand, If you aren't making some gains, then you probably aren't eating, resting, or pushing enough on your training.

    Long story short, wag mo gawing kumplikado buhay mo, eat, train hard, sleep repeat. Cut when you think you have enough muscle mass and strip that fat out para lumabas mismo ang adonis mong muscles!

    Bro, don't bother about your bfat, di naman sya ganun kataas para ma conscious ka. Train and Lift hard lang, ako na nagsasabi sayo, di mo mapapansin yang bfat mo. Pero kung gusto mo talagang mag fat loss, mag calorie deficit ka, yun nga lang, hindi lang fat mawawala sayo, fat and muscle ( inevitable na puro fats lang mawawala sayo). kailangan mo munang malaman yung science behind fat loss IMO para mas lalo mong maintindihan bakit sinasabi sayong di mo kailangan mag cut. REMEMBER, di rin healtlhy yung sobrang baba nang bfat , di ka naman sasali nang competition diba? di ka rin naman siguro ramp model. Feeling ko lang, nagiging basehan yung bfat / abs kung gaano ka kahealthy / fit.

    I may disagree on this one, let's say for us gym rats, for the benefit of mojo lift , I was able to hit below 10% bfat, I will be considered healthy / fit?

    If I remember it correctly, for us to function " normally" , a certain amount of bfat is necessary para makapag function nang maayos katawan natin, ( relatively support para sa bone , hormones, mood , energy etc.)

    I think fit ka pa nun ng 10%, afaik 4-6% ang hard to maintain at dangerous na dahil dehydrated ung mga sasampa. I also didnt say that the lower the better. again thx

I'm asking for a explanation kung bakit mo naman nasabi since I already inform you about my take on this. Don't take this the wrong way, I'm not here to troll or waste our time. I'm thinking more of a constructive discussion so that we or I specifically, can be enlightened about the said statement of yours.

    First day of my 5x5 Max OT and also just move to a new gym.
    Hit my pecs and tris:
    incline bp = 70lbs + 44lbs/5 reps
    flat bp = 80 lbs + 44lbs / 5 reps
    cgbp = 50lbs + 44lbs / 5 reps
    tricep extension = 40 lbs / 6 reps

    Current weight = 145 lbs (not empty stomach, around 10: 30am)
    Sarap gamitin ng mga bagong equipments tapos may trainor, walang wala doon sa dating gym kaso nakakapanibago.

    ibig ko sabihin diyan ung mga payat na parang butot balat na kaya ko sinabi na except ung mga nagccompete. Ok naman ung cutting ko medyo madami din ako nabawas na fat but for now I will bulk muna para magkaroon ng mass ng konti.

    I started lifting again nung february and my weight that time is 160 lbs. Ngayon ang weight ko na is 145 lbs. Goodluck bro sa cutting atleast sayo meron nang lalabas pag nacut na.

    Okay. 15lbs din yung nawala sayo. Nag cut din ako nung Feb (after ng valentines day) LOL hanggang ngaun. Pero 5lbs lang ang binaba ko. More on body recomp ang nangyare. I'll continue this goal gang November para makita talaga kung hanggang saan.

    salamat bro, actually achievement na yan dahil sobrang hirap ako magpapayat ewan ko ba. Goodluck sa mga goal natin at sana pag next cut ko magaya ko ung 6 pack mo. :yahoo:

    I visited your journal bro and I advice that if you really think you are not comfortable with your weight/physique then go for a short cut. Baguhan lang ako at opinyon ko lang yan pero pwede mo din sundin ang mga master dito na just go bulk until you have decent muscle tsaka mo icut kaso yun lang titiisin mo ung malaking tiyan. Ako sa ngayon sacrifice muna kahit nasasayangan ako sa maliit na tiyan pero kapalit naman nun ay more muscle(sana) after this bulk. gl bro
