Searching a Gym in Lipa City Batangas

Hy Everybody.

I visit my Friends in Davao City 1-2 times every year. I train there in the Metro Life Style (F. Torres St.). Its a great gym.

Now ill visit my mother in Lipa City in Batangas. Shes living there since last november. Can you give me some informations about Gyms there? Maybe with some picutres (if possible)?

Does somebody knows the Leviste Gym or the Red Gym there? Iam looking for a big but oridinary Gym. I wont go in Hotels or Wellness Centers. I need sweat and heavy weights.. an iron hell (or heaven for us :twitcy:)

    You can get some firsthand information either Google or Facebook search[size=x-small](This would be your best bet)[/size] then use Google Maps to locate the establishment...

    Upping this. I'd like to offer my list since I'm from Lipa:

    1. Ariana's Gym in Sico Lipa City. This is where I go right now. Madami pa kulang since bago pa lang but I go here kase pinakamalapit.
    2. Stress Free Gym sa tapat ng La Salle. Dito ako dati kaso lumipat ako Ariana's para mas malapit sa bahay.
    3. R. Leviste Gym is in MK Lina. I haven't been there but I've heard good things.
    4. STEPS in P. Torres. Kumpleto gamit, pero medyo mahal at 150 per session. Most of the other gyms eh 50 per session lang. Pero nag-g-gym ako dito pag nagboboxing si Misis sa Elorde Lipa.
    5. Elorde Lipa. Meron konti gamit pero more on boxing at circuit training.
    6. REV Gym malapit sa Fiesta Mall. I haven't been there.
    7. Power Gym in Sabang. I haven't been there. Bago lang to mga 6 months.
    8. D'Gym in Hotel ni Mang Jose malapit sa SM. Okay mga gamit dito. Puro Ensayo. Wala nga lang squat rack.
    9. There's an open air gym dun sa kanto papunta Liam's. Along Sabang to.

    Yung Red Gym sarado na. Sayang maganda daw dun eh.

    Bale saan sa mga 'yan yung tipong pangbuhat na gym? especially yung may squat rack at yung may at least 3 pairs of 50's (300lbs)?

    Steps ang pinaka-kumpleto sa gamit. May squat rack yun although not sure kung meron sila 3 pairs of 50s. Parang wala.

    D-Gym has a lot of dumbbells pero hindi ko din na-check kung madami sila 50s. Parang isa pair lang ata. They also don't have a squat rack. Smith lang.

    I was in Lipa yesterday and just found out that R. Leviste Gym was relocated from MK Lina (Guadalupe Bldg) to the corner of Obispo Obiar St. and Rizal St. (New Commercial Blgd), since there was a parking, decided to check it out... :eusa_dance:

    how new is your new? there are a lot of gym in lipa.
    There is one across la salle and one across The Event Centre in Tambo, Lipa.

    Red Gym... No Idea. But Leviste... its near P. Torres.

    since 2013 / 2014... i wasnt there since over 1 year :-(

    I just knew about Leviste Gym and a small gym (i forgot the name) in a side street.... its on 2 floors and in the fronside is a basketball court.

    are there some more gym? ill visit lipa in 4 weeks and i would be thankful for any advice.

    there is the I'm GYM and its a bit expensive... there are more but its more on MMA, Boxing and Dancing. :sleepy: but if you're looking for heavy iron plates... Leviste is the ideal gym for you. Cant help you much coz I'm not from Lipa. :blush: There is another gym 40 minutes from Lipa... its located in Padre Garcia - Perfect Moves, they have a decent equipment there. :lol

    ok thank you sir. Ill check for this gym. it should be in lipa city. In Manila or Davao i know some gyms already. But iam still not so familar in Lipa.

    I've outgrown Ariana's. Umalis nako dun dahil gaan na ng mga plates for me and sobra konti plates. Hindi din nila na-maintain ng ayos. Ewan ko lang ngayon.

    My home gym is now Stress Free in front of La Salle. I've been meaning to try Leviste. Yun daw talaga ang the best kung bakal talaga ang hanap mo. Pero ayoko ng lumalayo pa lalo na sa program ko na 5 days a week ang training.

    Stress Free is good enough except for the fact na wala siya squat rack. Sabi nila lalagyan daw so waiting for that. For now, tiis sa Smith Machine. IMO, good value for money sa gym na to. As a bonus, dami babae mga college students. Haha! Not that it matters to me. Just in case lang interested kayo. Haha!

    Oh, and kung adik ka sa treadmill, medyo hindi mo magugustuhan dito dahil hinuhulugan ng coins yung treadmill dito. I'm not kidding. Haha! 5 pesos for 5 minutes. Libre naman elliptical at bike.

    For non-members, 80 pesos per session, 400 for 2 weeks, or 800 for a month. Lifetime membership fee is 500. 60 pesos per session na lang pag member.

    Lokohan yang ImGym na yan. Presyong Fitness First. Although, yung equipment nila eh magaganda din. Pang Fitness First din. Ewan ko ba how that gym's surviving. I don't know anyone na nag-g-gym diyan.

    Yup yun naisip ko na kanila yung building so malaking bagay yun. Sobra dami pa trainers feeling ko pag nag-train ako dun eh parang sa FF na kukulitin ako magpa-PT.

    One of these days susubukan ko talaga diyan sa Leviste. Ayoko lang talaga pumupunta ng bayan unless really necessary. Haha!

    I'll bump this post. There's a new gym along Ayala highway. Sa tapat ng Medix. It's in the new building where Abenson is.

    Technogym ang gamit. Big space. Clean facilities including shower and locker areas. Good trainers. May group classes din.
