Ito ang idol ko si H.Roshan... someday ma-achieve ko rin ito.
Mahilig ako manood ng Indian movies. If the "3 idiots" movie ring a bell, you'll get the idea.
For the mean time kontento naman ako sa aking naabot.
Two weeks ago I've been reading one of the journals here about IF. May guide linking to the website and roughly browsed. Since tamad ako magbasa, kinuha ko lang yung general idea
So 16/8 (Fast/Non-fast Cycle). simple lang pala.
1st two days medyo mahirap. so ginawa ko munang 12/12, then the next day, 14/10, then 16/8 and stick with it until now.
After two weeks nag-lose ako ng 6 whopping lbs! And I don't think think I've given much effort especially sa kinakain ko. Ma-carbs pa rin ako but I added eat protein rich foods like fish (steamed), chicken and nuts. Surprisingly yung cravings ko for junk food nawala.
Right now, I think I had a good start. Plan ko mas linisin further yung diet ko and start going to the gym again.
Ito lang muna, till next time.

Any plans on changing goals naman?
Gusto ko magpamass sa upper body esp shoulders, back at chest pero parang nag-aalangan ako kasi kelangan pa trabahu-in yung lower body.
Ito pala lower back picture ko para makita mo sinasabi ko...
Yatez: 169lbs na lang ako.
Yan din yung sabi ng mga trainor sa gym, kaya daw lumiit ng isang buwan.
Buwis buhay na kaya ginagawa ko. :arghh:
eto din sasabihin ko. dahil you are obese before, mas magiging mahirap ung challenge sayo nagpa mass sa takot na baka lumaki(?) ka ule.
Weight loss bale nangyayare sayo ngayon, ano ba routine at nutrition mo pala? I think if you'll be eating on maintenance tas lift hard and heavy mag re-recomp ka kahit papano.
For the mean time, patuloy ko lang ginagawa ko.
Circuit exercises na lagi nagbabago every session. T
Tsaka bodyweight exercises like push-ups, burpees, side runs, etc or combination.
Araw-araw ito mostly kinakain ko:
1. BFast: Wheat bread with peanut butter or cheese, 12oz grapefruit juice tsaka mani (wala lang, mahilig ako na may crunchy na kasama)
2. Mid: Minsan meron, minsan wala. pag meron isang banana
3. Lunch: Tuna Sandwich: Wheat bread, 2 slices palaman: sandmakmak na tuna, 4 slices ng hard boiled egg tsaka isang dahon ng lettuce
4. Mid: Papak lang ng mani minsan peanut butter sandwich ulit at kape (no sugar and cream)
5. Dinner: Anything goes chicken or fish na steamed or grilled. around 3/4 cup of rice. Foods high in protein, veggies as main source of carbs, less fried/salty food with some cheating in between, maybe once or twice a week. hehe

As a newbie adviser as nutrition..
To get at most your accurate weekly weightloss.. for sure may weightloss na magaganap kung magagawa mo ito with ofcourse with a good and smart training routine
Cut : ( fat loss ) , you don't care about the fast weight loss pag bodybuilding pinasok mo.. because there is always muscle building up when we start buhat buhat.. ye knew..
Step 1 : Know your BMR ( online calculators )
Step 2 : shoot for 1 gram per pound bodyweight sa protein or more kung trip mo
Step 3 : From your BMR , decide macro partitioning i.e 40 % protein/ 40% carbs/ 20% fats kung eto trip mo ( choose wisely for your carbs , once you are leaner than your previous self, you can get away atleast or most of the time sa kahit anong carbs na )
or shoot a higher protein like 50% protein, 30% carbs 20% fat that's only if you are into bodybuilding
Step 4 : Substract -500 on your BMR for atleast -1 lb per week ang fat loss for your cut or kung talagang IF kakaririn mo use the Online IF calculators
Step 5 : Buy kitchen digital scale ( kung gusto mo precision ka sa food )
Step 6 : Either google mo yung food, nutritional label or gumamit ka ng my fitness pal aps for the macros

o slow fat loss is the best to recover your loose skin.
Ok. I guess pagpatuloy ko lang ang ginagawa ko.
Ang advice din kasi ng iba is magpalaki na raw ako kahit me taba pa kasi susunugin daw yun in the process. Yung gained muscle daw ang susunog sa natirang fat.
Ok, will eventually drop the nuts. :sport:
