Bumili ka ng mahigpit na elbow wrap at mag forearm stretches ka at db rotations using a light db mga 2lbs saka bago ka mag press warm up your elbow with a barbell only about 4 - 5 sets of 20 reps hanggang dumaloy dugo sa site of pain
