    edit: mas ramdam ko ang strength gains sa DB kesa sa BB lol di na umangat ng 140 incline bb ko amp. May ganto din ba naka experience neto sa inyo?

    ako ewan ko pa, kasi parang hindi na ko umaangat naman sa incline DB 60 na halos mangangatog pa ko. hehe.

    Next month try ko naman switch sa bb incline

    Oo pag BB ewan ko lang ngayon tagal ko ng di nag bb nag palit kasi ako sa machines dahil nag ka tama elbows ko tas ngayon naka DBs na gusto ko na maabot yung 100lb dbs hahaha
