edit: mas ramdam ko ang strength gains sa DB kesa sa BB lol di na umangat ng 140 incline bb ko amp. May ganto din ba naka experience neto sa inyo?
Next month try ko naman switch sa bb incline
may bantay ka na dun sa 140? i mean spotter na naka abang?
