sir baguhan lang ako sa pag take ng supplement, ano po yung bloating. i know i can ask google pero mas mainam tanungin yung tulad nyo na may alam at experience talaga.
kahit 5 kilos muna boss kasi hangang kaya ko naman mag gym, mag g-gym pa rin ako kumbaga way of living ko na talaga. baka naman pwede makahingi ng workout routine mo salamat

tama ka boss. ang totoo nyan, tagal ko na po nag gym.6 years na siguro kaso ang bagal ng pag laki ko kasi nga po bukod sa nahihinto eh wala pang supplement tapos yung work ko pa. ngayon ho, may chance na ako mag supplement at sa tingin ko di na ako mapipigilan ng trabaho ko para maka pag focus ta concentrate sa workout kaya kino consider ko na bago pa lang ako ulit sa lahat kaya i need your help mga boss.. (sorry mahaba reply ko)

Anyways, ayon kay mr google at sa experience ko, natatanggal ang bloating ko pag super maganda workout ko at maraming tubig.. sa ngayon .. ewan ko kung tumagal pa.

Almost 7 years na po siguro ako nag wo-workout. napapatigil po ako ng mga 2-3 motnhs then balik ulit. ganun po yung nagyayari.pinaka matagal na yung 3 months stop tapos workout ulit. tapos wala po ako supplement eversince maliban po sa kain kasi un ang payo sakin kasi ectomorph po ako weighing 102 lbs bago ko mag simula mag buhat at age of 20 po ako nun.
Kaya po ngayon, may oras na ko sa proper training at supplement na rin kaya gusto ko mag focus at matuto para ma gain ko ung 10kgs na yan hehehehe
yun na nga brod, yung tuloy tuloy at tamang pagkain at supplement. dati kasi talagang kain, gym lang although yung workout ko is vey basic. parang newbie lang from day 1 till ngayon. hehe ang pinagkaiba lang kahit pano nadadgdagan weight yung buhat ko.
