- Sat and Sun cheatdays (eat anything like ice cream and junk foods)
- i go to gym Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri
- Wed is restday, sometimes i swim or run just for calorie burn
- no specific workout program, i just follow the sets & reps of Max-OT

+1 sa pag create ng journal para masilip naman namin ang training and diet mo.
gawa ka journal mo lagay ka ng before and current pic mo para malaman dito anu naging journey mo...you will inspire alot of new and existing members here...
