ahw hehe yung dbol kasi jan dati pa yan ubos na yan.. plan ko lang pag nag 177 lbs na ako.. Test E(injectables) and Anavar(oral) ang e sa cycle ko nag hahanap din ako ng injectables na anavar kung meron naba d2 sa pinas wala kasi akong makita sa sulit na injectables na anavar
@ Dalton, gusto ko din sana injectables puro pero sa pinag pipilian ko injectables winstrol or oral anavar or oral turinabol anavar nalang ako madami kc ako nabasa na maganda na review sa anavar, ayaw ko rin kasi sa joint pain sa winstrol, tas nag dbol ako dati na walang liver cleanser inom ng inom lang ako ng madaming tubig okay naman ako after ko mag dbol dun na ako inum ng inum ng liver cleanser

Currently taking Creacore+Peak 400 for my preworkout. I take 1 scoop each ng peak and creacore 30mins before workout and another scoop of creacore. Increased strength and less soreness after workout.
Creatine HCL po yung creacore (concentrated creatine). I take 1 scoop for preworkout and 1 scoop for recovery. 1750mg per serving. Nabasa ko sa article ni Jim Stoppani na nakakatulong sa recovery ang creatine. i personally prefer creatine HCL po kasi
Kahit anong form pa ng creatine yan its still creatine, feeling ko placebo ang nararamdaman mo, imo food and rest ang may mas malaking contributing factor when it comes to recovery na sasayangan lang ako sa 2 scoops mo, just saying.

It's my personal preference bro. Yes creatine pa rin pero not all creatine are made the same. I've already tried taking creatine monohydrate before naman, i also did my research naman before taking creatine HCL, i'm on a mass program, 40/40/20 macros, lagi ako nasa bb.com and jimstoppani.com. Not all creatines are made the same. I just prefer taking creatine HCL because walang bloating. That's your opinion, i respect that. That's what i felt after doing anderson squats and romanian deadlifts. Each to it's own. Anyway, off topic na po.

Yes ive tried doing 2 scoops of creatine before and after and observed the difference vs taking only one scoop, and for me there was really no significant difference for me, i was just saying that for your stock of creatine to last longer just take a scoop hehe, but i guess you guys have the cash to spend anyways
Yatez, not everybody is the same. Not everyone does the same training etc blah blah. There is a lot of variable to consider. What you are saying is that you are right and anybody who does different is wrong.
I am just saying that you need to be considerate with your posts. Not everyone has the same experience as yours. Just saying.
