yes sir, pinapraktis ko talaga to, eto talaga yung vinivideo ko. .ang hirap talaga ayusin neto pag walang on the spot sumisita. Everyday ako nanonood ng power cleans pero execution on the day mahirap imaginine sarili.. kaya eto video ang katapat self study.. masarap si power clean pero b*tch ang feelin'
