As you've said, you walk the talk and we're on the same boat when it comes to that since I'm also an advocate of strength training. Bumisita lang kami ng kaibigan ko since medyo may kalapitan sa current gym namin ( isang jeep lang Ilang ilang lang yung gym namin sa Camias street ) at sinilip namin at tanong tanong. Okay sya sir, as in good in all aspect pero ang down lang yung tulay sa protactio to bankal which is not good pag ginabi.
Lintek mga masasamang tao dun eh. Yun lang ang inaalangan ko since 6-7pm ang workout ko at gagabihin ako nun, baka umuwi ako pugot na ulo ko hehe.

Hindi ko natanong kung magsasara na eh, may mga tao pa rin na nagbubuhat pa rin eh.. Kaaliw daming nag Squat nung dumating ako ( mga 3-4pm kami sumilip )
Ang path ko kasi dadaan talaga ako sa tulay ng M-Reyes to makati then bangkal , sa tulay pa lang alanganin na ko eh.. kahit mga malapit dun sa tulay na kilala ko yun din ang warning.

ah, sayang naman... kahit ilang beses lnag siguro ako makabisita at ensayo atleast maturuan ng pundasyon. Try ko next week dun mag buhat para matesting naman kung may sense ginagawa ko hehe

foods on non training days: ground beef (not lean) and veggies (convenient ang ground beef)
foods on carb back loading days: ground beef on meals before workout, take whey dextrose creatine shake post WO, eat carbs after at night only (usually rice, bread, sometimes pizza ice cream cake, whatevs but mostly rice)

Yung carb backloading ba na ginagawa mo yan yung almost no carbs before wo, fats and protein lang then after wo dun mo bubuhos yung carbs mo for the day?*Ooooops sorry, nagreply agad ako, nabangit mo na pala twice a week.
Anyway, at least mas naging interesting ang journal mo nung nagkaroon ng mga "healthy" discussions.
Don't have the time. Yup I made it up and adjust as I go along. I don't really like set programs like that though since they don't account for off days.
Di sa nagmamayabang pero basing on previous meets and how everyone seems to focus on single ply, I am pretty confident to win gold in the juniors maybe even open for my class. (As I did in the previous equipped competition lifting raw)

Technically this next meet would be the first standardized raw meet so if I win I'd get all the records. I just hope to get both junior and open records under my name for all three lifts and total.
The same peeps organized this but it's different since the IPF has just released raw guidelines this past year. Thus making it the first standardized raw meet. They have also joined with the PSC so we are included in the philippine national games with all other sports making this one arguably the most prestigious ever.
I think zest peeps would compete as they always do. They just don't have a guy in my age and weight class (that I know of) who could beat my raw numbers even with equipment.

OG banned? 2 OG lifters represented the country in India for the Asian Classic PL Raw just a few months ago so why would they be banned?
Anyway, only one represented the country and I'd let you figure out the rest. Best not to talk about it publicly.
