    may ask lang ako kung ayos lang.
    mag 5 months na kasi ako ako nagbabulk from 59kg ngayon 70kg na ako tapos grabe yung fats na nagain ko mga from 16-17% to 22-25%. di ako pa ako kuntento sa muscle gain pero strength ok naman.
    bali anu na next step ko?

    welcome dude! lol youre doing it wrong if you are gaining too much fat from a short period of time. concentrate on calculating your macros para hindi ka masobrahan everyday. eating drastic amount of food will not make you musclely in a jiffy! it takes time to build quality mass. wag masyadong maging mainipin sige ka imbes na gumanda katawan mo baka mag backfire sayo!

    naku salamat sa payo mali pala kaya pala lambot na ng katawan ko nabalot na pala ng fats

    at least lower your body fat first. incorporate some cardio after your workouts and do lift heavy ass weights!
