It's get's very expensive and requires discipline at dedication. Pero worth all the money and effort.

    cheers
  • bro it really depends on your body, if your let say skinny with toned muscles, a personal trainer would suggest you whey protein, that would give a mass and muscle at the same time, but if your body frame is at least in the middle with not that much muscle but mostly bulk from fats, some would suggest branched chained amino acids (bcaa) this would help you lose fats and turn them in to toned muscles, plus ofcourse you need plenty of good nutrition, one good suggestion bro and this is actualy a fact. is to take multivitamins such as your centrum. this way your getting the vits and minerals your body needs, alot of body builders know this, that taking multivitamins while trying to build muscle is a must, you should take your multivits while eating your breakfast, then later when you hit the gym, you should take your whey protein or bcaa's i use to be an amateur boxer in the states and mostly i got those tips from the gym there. hope that helps bro.

Don't get confused with this one. You have to lose fat and tear your muscles to make it bigger — not 'turn fat into muscles' < MYTH. Bodybuilding is ain't alchemy. Can't turn lead into stone.
