    Ok lang rice, basta dapat may control ka lang.

    First of all, clean up your diet. Di lang kasi sa rice ang nagpapalaki ng tiyan. Chips, sodas, fried foods, sweets almost lahat ng masarap.

    Focus on Protein (chicken,tuna,milk,eggs,fish, lean beef) and Complex carbs ( Oatmeal, kamote the musical fruit, wheat bread, brown rice) Fruits and veggies.

    Sa dinner mo, pwede nang hnd ka mag rice pero if you really crave it cut it in half.

    so ok lang po 1 cup of rice sa breakfast and lunch? Kaya ko naman hindi mag rice sa dinner.
    Ano po mgnda oatmeal? ok po ba siya for dinner?

    ^ Yes pero samahan mo ng protein every meal mo, yung diet eh parang "high protein, low carb" diet. Tama si bossing monch iwasan mo na lahat ng sweets or mga processed foods.

    Yung Oatmeal masarap naman yan, yung linuluto ha wag yung instant, then kamote murang mura din yan lol, basta mataas sa fiber at low G.I .

    Basta goal mo pag fat loss , pabilsin mo yung metabolism mo , maraming ways para bumilis yan, like eat 5-6 small meals a day, jogging sa morning w/ empty stomach, intense exercise, drinking a lot of cold water, etc.

    try to check sa mga supermarket, meron doon hindi instant quaker din ang brand.

    Ngayon ko lang nalaman na classified as High Glycemic Carbohyrdates pala ang Instant oatmeal oh well sayang nabili ko na. Sablay hehe. :)

    ^ ya ganito itsura pag ka kulo ng tubig 1 minute lang naman luto na, tsaka marami parang kanin din , pag naluto dumadami.

    Babaan ko lang boss yung carb intake ko, bale High Protein Low Carb diet. Tapos light jog (15-20minutes) sa umaga on empty stomach. Tapos kain ng 5-6 small meals para mas bumilis pa metabolism wag mag papagutom , then iwas sa sweets.

    ok lang po ba ubusin ko mna ung instant quaker oats dito. mga 1week ko pa magagamit un. No choice po kasi e ok din po ba un?

    even if you have chicken breast, fish, ect..what matters is if how you will prepare it. be wise enough to use olive oil instead of ordinary cooking oil. IMHO. pa correct na lang po kung may mali. thanks.

    same routine sa cutting phase.

    The only difference eh und daily caloric intake mo. which is i-aadjust mo sa diet mo.

    no problem sir. endo kasi ako so pag hindi ako nag cardio medyo mabilis tumaas ang body fat ko lalo na kung hindi ko focus ang pagkain.

    steam ako before

    ngayon microwave nalang 5 minutes each side on low

    so 10 minutes. kasi pag steam ko before medyo matagal

    pero pag ako mag Prito ako pag nag papalaki pero mga isda kinakain ko..chicken,karne,scramble eggs,etc etc para ma enjoy ko ang Bulking...

    hahaha kung bulking lang pre napakasarap mag-bulk if di ka concerned sa body fat na kasama ng prito.
