Mga master only concern ko lang naman is yung workout ko kung okay lang na mag p90x ako tas heavy na. 4x a week ang workout. kung may ma-add pa kayong advice sakin sa diet or supplements or sa iba mas okay. thank you! sobrang helpful ang forum na to gusto ko lang mag gain ng muscle at mag lose ng fat lalo na sa mid section

Sir im no expert ha but clarify ko lang po, pagsasabayin nyo po ba yung p90x saka heavy training in one day? saka if its not too much to ask baka pwede mo naman post yung layout ng balak mong workout?

bali ganito. dipende kasi sa sched eh. example
monday - back biceps ng p90x2
tuesday - chest shoulder tris ng p90x2
wed - rest
thurs- back, legs (deadlifts,squats,pull ups,rows) Heavy
fri - rest
sat- chest shoulder tris (millitary press,bench press,dips) heavy
sunday-rest
in between na diyan yung abs hehe.
nutrition okay naman high protein,sapat na carbs. multivit at fish oil a day tas madalas fruits and gulay pag masarap hehehe. pero siyempre di maiwasan merong cheat day once a week hehe. mas prioritize ko muna kasi mag lose ng fat sa mid section ngayon pero as much as possible nag ggain din ng muscles hehe.

pkiramdaman mo na lang sir kung di ka naoovertrain sa routine na plano mo gawin pag di ka masyado nagge gain ng muscles then tweak mo ulit adjust mo nalang ung intervals nung dalawang workout mo. i really won't be able to tell you much kasi never pako nag try ng p90x na workout. sa Nutrition just make sure keep your macros covered since you mentioned playing BBall mukhang kakailanganin mo ng mas mataas na intake ng food in order to spare yung muscles na pinaghihirapan mo palakihin hehehe. Try mo din sir ung Intermittent fasting approach sa meal windows mo. si fafa dalton madaming "activities" sa daily life nya yan eh pero halimaw din sa workout at kain yan pro di nataba hehehe.

back/legs - deadlift(5sets/5reps), squat(5sets/5reps) super heavy! tapos rows,and ibang leg machine.
chest/shoulders/tris - benchpress(5 sets/reps),millitary press(5sets/5reps) super heavy! tapos dips,flys etc. na magaan lang
Back/biceps - deadlift(5sets/5reps), bicep curl (5 sets/5reps) super heavy! tapos pull ups,curls etc.
okay lang ba yan? or may mas better? kundisyon katawan ko ngayon. at complete sa supplements. any advice mga sir?
or pang newbie masyado ang balak kong workout? hehe

Yung stronglifts mukang okay pero 3 exercise lang.. mas okay kaya yun mga sir?
