Hello guys ask ko lang ilan beses intake nyo sa whey protein sa isang araw ? i just bought another gallon of whey intake ko is 2x a day..
depende po sa weight mo sir. rule of thumbs is 1g of protein per 1lbs of body weight. kung target nyo pong mag add ng quality mass, better exceed 1g per bodyweight. divide your protein intake throughout the whole day.

mga masters ano magandang warm up/stretching bago magbuhat? (para iwas injury)
it always good to warm-up first with lighter weights specially when your lift is going to be heavy. eg: if youre going to do any type of bench press routine, yung pinaka unang set mo should be a warm-up set. usually done with lighter weights and with higher reps. then follows the working sets witch involves moderate to heavier weights. depends on what your routie will be.
about the whey protein intake , there was a debate about it before if it is by weight or lean body weight, till now i haven't decided which one to follow since mejo malaki laki din yung difference and considering yung student life, biggest block ko talaga itong diet.

IMHO warm up is important especially if you'll lift heavy weights. It's for blood stimulation and flexibility. How do i warmp ? Simple i use a light weight for my first set . Mapapansin mo naman minsan if you go heavy kagad parang nag c-crack mga buto then hindi ka rin flexible .
I forgot kung sinong pro bodybuilder nag sabi nung, yung mga joints ligaments they don't get strong as much as your muscles, kaya it's important to warm up.

Mesomorph:

For a bodybuilder or fitness enthusiast, this is good news! Mesomorphs are said to build muscle mass faster then most people can and to be able to loose fat rapidly when on the right diet!
Ectomorph:
Hard gainers in other words! Long leg/arms, low body fat %, and small muscles. While some women wouldn't find it to be a problem to have some of the characteristics of this body type, men will probably see it in a different way!
OO nga sskin! Sometimes i envy meso, minsan makikita mo may bagong face sa gym na maganda na built then you'll ask that person kung ilang years na siya. Sasabihin ngayon palang LOL at normal lang na diet kanin lang..hahaha Then pag nag start na with proper diet and training yung 1Year na gains mo parang 3-6 Months lang sa kanya, ang bilis ng improvement..

You can do without the whey protein, it's better to get your protein from real food like fish, beef, pork, seafood, chicken, etc. Actually, yung whey protein is to supplement lang kung hindi mo na kayang kainin yung real food - which is why it's so helpful for ectos lalo na nagbubulk.
1g of protein per LEAN body mass is the MINIMAL if you don't want to lose muscle mass while on a cut. As far as I know for bulking, walang "maximum" amount of protein, what's important is to get a balanced carb/fat/protein intake.

anyway meron din akong kilalang meso. high school ako noon seatmate ko and friend ko. mascular ang dating niya and lean very athletic ang look at the same time athletic talaga siya. wala lang sa amin that time actually inaasar pa nga siya keso kargador daw or matanda na daw talaga repeater lang.
siguro that time na inaasar siya hindi niya alam swerte siya dahil mesomorph siya.

Mahilig ako sa kape. Ok lang ba kung nakaka at least 2 cups of coffee ako everyday? Or nakaka affect yun ng grabe sa fats???
