    eto sir mejo napagaralan ko lang sa biochemistry, anatomy and physiology at organic chemistry sir

    ang Fats sir ay hindi ketones, ang Ketones sir ay produkto ng metabolismo ng Fat
    at lahat ng activity sir gumagamit ng glycogen kahit na intense or hindi intense
    at kung di mo alam ang ibig sabihin ng HIIT High INTENSITY interval training

    Ang Glucose ang main fuel secondary ang Fats (Ngayon ang Glycogen eh Stored Glucose)
    Ang glycogen ay naiistore sa muscle, (actually ang glycogen ai madalas nakukuha sa CARBS)
    ngayon kung nasa Keto Diet ka ang keto diet sir gumagamit pa din ng glycogen sa pag woworkout, PERO PERO
    dahil nasanay ang katawan mo sa FAT FAT FAT dahil ang diet mo ai high in fat, bumababa ang insulin production mo. which means ang nagiging Primary Energy mo eh Fat at secondary ang Glucose, which is still a theory.

    ngayon naman kung cutting ka sir ang target mo fat loss, kung fat loss ang usapan di ba gusto natin mabilis na fatloss at konting muscle wasting, at dun pumapasok ang HIIT, ang hiit ay saglit lang ginagawa sir, ibig sabihin mababa lang ang chance na magproduce ka ng CORTISOL which is a hormone of catabolism, ngayon pumapasok si FAT pano nacacatabolize si fat? kasi HIIT is an Aerobic exercise and fat is oxidize.

    if you have still any questions regarding sa gagawin mong regimen ng pagpapapayat mo eh ang masasabi ko lang

    all you can achieve hanggang summer is ung payat talaga na possibleng maging ripped, unless youll use steroids.

    alam ko po yung difference ng fats and ketones. tntry ko lng isimplify kaso ang dating ata sainyu ay parehas cla. alam ko rn po ung meaning ng hiit. d q lam bkt nsbi nyu d q lam un.

    ang ketones po ay hindi pwede gamitin sa high intensity exercises. pwede lang ang glycogen. hindi gaganda ang performance sa mga high intensity exercises like weight lifting and HIGH INTENSITY interval training cardio.(seperate po yan. baka sabihin nyu nirephrase ko lng un hiit at weightlifting)

    yung tungkul nmn po sa hiit. mgnda n yung hiit sa fat loss kung mgnda. pero ang point ko lang ay cutting does not require cardio. cutting is having a calorie deficit.(sabi nyo po kc sa isang post nyo n nwala ay hindi pwede mag cutting pag hindi nag cacardio)

    Ang Ketones at glycogen po ai parehong source of energy at kahit High Or Low intensity pa yan nauuna ang Glycogen kesa sa Ketones. Hindi mo pwedeng sabihin na ang PWEDE LANG EH GLYCOGEN sir.

    Unang una alam mo ba ang product ng dalawang yan?
    Ketone man o Glycogen both produces ATP (Adenosine 5 Tri Phosphate) Yan ang TUNAY na ENERGY.

    ANG MAIN FUEL po natin ay Carbs sir. Pag main ibig sabihin po sa tagalog eh PANGUNAHIN.
    at ang Ketones po ay pang RESERVE lamang.

    Ngayon po dahil nasa Keto Diet ka nasasanay ang katawan mo na mababa ang CARBS mo (mababa din ang GLYCOGEN)

Dahil Ketone Bodies na ang ginagamit mo as main fuel kahit na nanonood ka lang ng Porn or Nag bubuhat ka ng 10000lbs na barbel eh Ketone at Ketone lang ang gagamitin mo dahil Deprived ka sa Glycogen.

    I think I now understand why you are confused.

    glycogen and glucose is different. glucose po ang snsbi nyo jan sa statement nyo. iba ang glycogen. glycogen yung na sstore sa muscle

    I really really really hope that this doesn't offend you. I believe you are smart and you know a lot about a lot of things but I think you lack knowledge on ketosis to be giving advice. I really really hope that you don't take this the wrong way.

    Thank you for the debate, I learned a lot about cardios and ATP(even if it went off topic)

    I hope you will still visit my journal and give comment and suggestions(just not on ketosis).

    lol glycogen is stored glucose sir. ngayon kung ayaw mo po maniwala eh kaw po bahala.
    sir ATP is energy and its the product of Ketones and Glycogen (or Stored Glucose)

    im trying to save you sa sarcasm ni sir MeAlready yet you dont understand it. (cause me already is a Keto dieter too)
    sabi nya sayo Mag Crash Diet ka na lang kung gusto mo pumayat.

    oo magkaiba ang Glucose sa Glycogen pero sa tingin mo para san ang Glycogen sir? it is a STORED GLUCOSE.

    ngayon sir kung sa tingin mo kulang ang knowledge ko sa ketosis eh wala na kong magagawa dun. kasi im taking medicine now and sa tingin ko pag nainjure ka or anything sa mga doctor ka din tatakbo. :)
    i think you should read more Science Related Books than just depending on Broscience.
    Remember even Keto Diet is a THEORY, You can google what theory means.

    shet medical jargon lol. 2x ko binasa before ko ma gets taena hahaha. well nakuha ko ung point ni aloy about glycogen/ketones both will still be used under whatever reason di ba? kaso sa keto diet imbis m si glyco si keto ang bida at supporting actor lang si glycogen.

    "To better understand the effects of a CKD on exercise performance, we have to look briefly at how different forms of exercise affect fuel utilization in the body. There are four potential fuels which the body can use during exercise: glycogen, fat, protein and ketones. Except under certain conditions (which will be mentioned when necessary), protein and ketones do not provide a significant amount of energy during exercise. Therefore this discussion will focus primarily on glycogen and fat use during exercise.     Aerobic Exercise

    may manboobs aku e. nahihiya ako ipakita yun :p.

    progress ko is I lost 7-8kilos in 1month.(mostly water weight).

    ngyn feel ko mahihirapan n ako gumalaw sa 71-72kilo.
