*Another PR! hehe. Did not go heavy on the assistance lifts since I felt something jammed on my left shoulder. But good thing wala naman pala did some stretching afterwards and I can still press without feeling any discomfort.
^So far ON products pa lang and di naman lahat ng items. Kaso the biggest increase is sa mga whey products lalo na yung 5lbs Gold standard Php 300 ang tinaas!
