Mga masters.. ano best time to workout if my shift starts at night. Tried to workout after shift pero wala ako lakas to lift heavy weights then i cant sleep right away after wrkout.... pag naman before going to work i have enough strength to lift heavy weights however my body wants to rest if im at work. The fact our muscle needs a rest to grow what will be the best workaround to my case
Bale pag rest day n lng ako nakakabuhat ng maayos which is 2 days lang.

kung 7am bahay kna,m2log kna at gumising ka ng 2pm,kain ka,ligo ka,at 5pm workout kna,rest ka 6pm to 7pm,tpos work kna ng 9pm
thank u sir sa reply. pero i just realized after work is better before going to work. i think il just let my body get used to it.

Personally nung nagtatrabaho ko sa CC after shift ako. Paglog-out ko suplado na kung suplado uwi agad kunin gym bag tapos larga na! Hinahanda ko na the day before yung mga gamit ko, even the food or supplement na kailangan ko after training nasa-ref nalang.
Malaking bagay din talaga yung disiplina bro. Di naman talaga maiiwasan yung pagod sa work. Pero yung iba like gimik, puyat, pwede namang ilagay sa baba ng priority list. Kung bukas gym day mo, make sure kumpleto tulog mo ngayon. Sa CC pa naman madalas yaya inuman. Di naman sa hindi ka makikisama, pero dapat maintindihan din nila yung lifestyle mo.
Also, isa sa pinaka-importante, yung nutrition mo. Syempre jan mo kinukuha yung energy mo. Sariling diskarte mo na rin yan pano mo sisingit. Ako noon every break kumakain ako. 5mins lang good na. Yung last break ko yun yung pre-workout meal ko. Kung may supplement ka, pwede mong i-take yun agad pag-out mo, tapos rekta na sa gym.

LOL i can totally relate to this. lumampas lang ng 1 second ang oras namin out na ako agad. saka ayoko sumabay sa mga friends ko ang babagal kasi maglakad eh para akong nagmamadali palagi hahahah
dapat seryosohin mo yang pag ggym and it should b a part of your lifestyle.
