anyways, I recently watched Shawn Rohden classics, demn fck na motivate ako at parang kinalimutan ko magego lift haha..parang gusto ko jumourney sa physique bb world lol.. hindi masama mangarap

so dahil dyan, lalong naginit ang motibasyon ko magpush ng extreme workout, still same Max ot pero powerbuilding na sya. medyo humina ako kasi kaka hybrid.. pero ayos lang,
eto na ko ngayon since arm workout routine ako at nakakuha ng magandang natty light !!!!

Routine : MaxOT round 2 for 52weeks
Current stats : week 8 of 52 weeks of maxOT powerbuilding style
Bench Press : 225 x 10 reps x 4 sets ( most recent pr ko of kerz may onting pabebe spot )
OHP : 135 x 3 reps x 5 sets ( most recent PR ko , same pabebe spot )
Deadlift : 435 x 1 rep x 2 sets
Squat : 315 x 3 reps x 5 sets ( oly shoes ftw ! )
the rest pabebe workout na...
Bench Press : 225 x 10 reps x 4 sets ( most recent pr ko of kerz may onting pabebe spot )

tried this app ang kewl.. tho just doing 315 for 6 reps, although 4 sets talaga yan, yung 2 missing sets ng 315 eh habang nag DL biglang bumagsak yung cp, nakasandal lang sa shaker bottle ko haha ( walang tripod e )
Full program approx 1:30 hr time span
Conv DL 315 x 4 sets x 6 reps
Pull ups BW x 5 sets x 10 reps
DB rows 80 x 4 sets x 10 reps
cardio 20mins incline threads.
Week 11 of MaxOT round 2 for cutting hefty pounds, so far so good starting from 156lbs to 151 lbs.

I do both. I work out at the gym because I love the group fitness classes like Zumba and BodyPump (a strength training class). I find that I work out better if I work out with other people. Also I sometimes go to the gym and use the equipment with my husband. I'm not a fan of using the equipment on my own. I usually get intimidated with everyone there. I went one time with my brother who is an expert at using gym equipment and that made it less intimidating.
Lakas ng buhat mo pre. Ako yung stronglifts kinaya ko lang in 4 months. Napansin ko kasi masyado na natatagtag katawan ko dahil 5x5. Im pretty sure hindi ko na kaya bumalik sa 5x5 sa weight na binubuhat ko ngayon.
