well, it does help if youre a little vain plus a healthy dose of competative spirit...ok din may training partner, ok din ang wala, ok coz its your partner's responsibility to push you, ok din mag isa coz minimum rest, example normal day of back is 4 exercises of 4 sets, will be done in 30mins or less....and working out will make you look younger than you really are...

tama ka sir,, isa din sa reason ko kung bakit ako nag ggym kasi gusto ko mag mukang bata at healthy,parang sila sir chief at ian veneracion may mga edad na pero tignan mo naman... hehehe. at pansin ko kasi nung naging healthy living ako (gym+diet) mas maganda mood ko laging good vibes.. may episodes of depression kasi ako minsan,ito ang gamot ko.. yung mrs. ko nga napilit ko na din mag gym,, lagi kasing masunigt yun (tumataba din kasi) e alam ko kapag na maintain niya yung exercise/healthy life style nakaka good mood kaya ine-enganyo ko siya mag gym. hahaha. ngayon pumayat narin siya, mas mabilis nga pag payat niya, sabe ko wag masyado mabilis dahil masama din..hehe

hi! just a question though about my protein intake how much would it be? since im 200lbs/90 now. backtrack lang just to make sure thanks guys.
cuz most of the sites ive read about 160grams or lesser
im on a deficit mejo doing well on a 2k cal per day but according to fitnesspal the protein intake is 99 grams but most of the time i go beyond 99 like lets say 120-130 grams at maximum...
well its getting technical so im a bit confused now haha
and stick to low carb diet talaga ako ngayon like sanay nako sa 1 cup rice
and fatloss is slow pero i can see the lines(cuts cuts ba tawag dyan?) on my upper body na
though my tummy is a lil bit bulging but better than before as in way better. haha

well its a hit or miss, the advice of 99g by my-fitness 99g are for non-active individuals, you are welcome in changing the ratios, we are the same weight but intake varies from day to day, as long as i dont go under 140g im ok( if i do a 24hr fast and just eat one big meal)sometimes it can go as high as 300g, i just dont think about it, when you consume 700g to 1kilo of beef a day..you know its easy to reach your target marco, mas nag co-concentrate ako sa carb intake staying less than 150g..
