IMO, shoulder should be done on a seperate day, nauuna yung shoulder raises mo bago ka mag chest. may tulong kasi yung shoulders sa chest exercises kaya pag magchechest ka na, mejo exhausted na yung shoulders mo at di na gaanong makakatulong sa chest mo - meaning hindi mo namamaximize yung chest work out mo.
ako naman chest muna bago shoulders and it's still works for me... Try ko din i-tweak yung routine ko and i-separate ang chest and shoulders day para mamaximize yung buhat sa dalawa tulad ng sabi ni sir zane!

sir i think hiwalay mo po ung back day moh, large muscle group po kasi un, mapapagod ka masyado kung gagawin mo un ng sabay, ako sir pag back day, back lang tlga, minsan nga mas pagod pa ako pag back eh,

dati legs and shoulders pinagsasabay ko eh, yun kasi binigay sakin nung instructor nung 1st month ko sa gym, kaso kuluntoy na ako after mag shoulders kaya napapabayaan ko legs ko.. muntik na akong maging lollipop -_-

Sa aking tingin ay, mdyo magkakaproblema ka yata kung pagsasabayin mo ung chest and back, kasi baka maovertrain ung both muscle groups na involved or either di mo mamaximize ung weight na dapat mo mabuhat since maoovertrain nga ang back and chest mo sa compuond exercises. Eto ay base lng naman sa king experience at pagkakaintindi ng majority ng programs na nabasa. pro I dunno perhaps our masters here have something else to say.
