me nag try na ba sainyo ng rich piana 8 hours arms workout it claims to make your arms 1/2 to 1 full inch bigger after the workout..

never tried that one pero 1 inch nilalaki ng arms ko pag pumped both bi's and tri's. konting dips and pullups lang wala pang curls.

ou nga sir eh nilaklak ung proteiin shake whahah aminado naman xa na nag ssteroids xa pero 22o xa unlike nung ibang nag sasabi na natural sila..

kaya 1 inch because of the pump but after mawala pump ewan ko lang hehe
great for those on gear ewan ko kung maka recover agad mga nattys dito
